General Shipping Information

Our business days are Monday through Friday; we do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major US Holidays.

Reschedule Shipping Date

Customer is responsible for all freight re-consignment delivery fees should he/she cancel, reschedule, or refuse the shipment at the time of delivery.

Shipping Outside of the U.S.

At this time we do not ship orders outside of the United States.  We are able to ship our products to a freight forwarder within the USA who can then ship abroad.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO/Military address

At this time we cannot ship orders to PO Boxes or to an APO/FPO/Military address.

You may return most new, unopened items for a refund within 30 days of delivery.  These items should be in their original packaging.

If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us at or call 877-201-9748 to request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) number before returning your items.

Remember, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must first contact us before sending it back.  Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

If we shipped you an incorrect or defective product, we will send you a return shipping label and arrange for either an exchange or full refund once the product to be returned has been received.

All products are warranted free of manufacturer defects for 90 days from invoice date.

Special order returns are at our discretion and will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
